Do You Provide Delivery?

 

Orders do not include delivery; should delivery be required this will be quoted for at the time of ordering.

 

How Do I Return An Item?

 

Due to our pieces being of a bespoke nature unless there is a fault with the product we do not accept returns however, should there be a problem that is deemed to be our fault you we must be informed immediately.  You must also inform the courier at the time of delivery the you DO NOT accept the goods, you mus then provide us with photographic evidence of the fault and the item must NOT be used.  If the item needs to be returned to us the you (the buyer)are responsible for the return charges by the courier both to get it back to us and redelivery once the fault has been rectified this is to be paid directly to the courier. 

 

Fabric Selection (Blinds, Curtains & Upholstery)

 

We are more than happy to use your own fabric, if this is the case the quote will be for labour, fixtures and fittings.

If this is not the case we will include an allowance of £15.00 per metre for your project; should the fabric be above this price per metre the additional cost must be met by you (the buyer) on top of the price quoted. 

 

Do You Spray Paint any project?

 

All of our furniture is hand painted and waxed.  We do NOT spray any items as this gives a mass manufactured appearance which doesnt suit this style of decor.

 

Distressing - Are All Items Distressed?

 

Items are light distressed finish to add character and charm to a piece.  This is standard practice on every piece; you may request a heavier distressing at the ordering stage.  If you dont want a piece distressing, this is possible however, during the waxing process it will distress very lightly on the fine edges, this will enhance over time.  This is the 'Country Chic' charm and should be considered when deciding if painted furniture is right for you.
